The Quoddy Scout
This high performance Italian designed and European built RHIB (rigid hull inflatable boat) serves as a scout/safety boat supporting our larger passenger vessels. With speeds approaching 40 knots (75 km/h) this scout boat more than doubles our search area enhancing whale sighting quality and success. This vessel is also used for high speed passenger transport, shuttling kayakers between St. Andrews and Seascape Kayak Tours Deer Island base camp.
