Quoddy Link Marine has been
providing vessel management, charter and passenger services in New
Brunswick and Nova Scotia for over 10 years. To satisfy the growing
demand and need for scientific understanding of the processes that
affect out near-shore waters, Quoddy Link Marine offers its vessels to
the research and education communities. From our home-port of St.
Andrews, NB our boats can provide enhanced, convenient and cost
effective access to the coastal environments of the Bay of Fundy and
Atlantic Coast of Nova Scotia.
Our modern vessels
enable scientists and students to conduct research on a variety of
marine topics; from marine mammals and seabirds to harmful algal blooms
to coastal erosion to alternative energy to aquaculture and the
fisheries. Each of our vessels can be equipped to deploy and retrieve
buoys, moorings and instruments as well as support divers and ocean
mapping activities. As Transport Canada certified passenger vessels our
boats are well suited to provide student education and public outreach
excursions.
